Your NextPaw Homepage, Dashboard Tab

The home page of your NextPaw dashboard is where you'll find all of the critical information about your business at a glance.  The dashboard home page is designed to be a jumping off point - we provide a bird's eye view of your notifications, alerts, and analytics and give you the power to dive in and do more.

The dashboard is broken up into four sections: Main Navigation, Alerts, My Workspace, and Analytics Report.

Main Navigation

This section includes easy access to key places on the dashboard.

Your business' location name and address
If you have multiple locations, click on your business' name to change locations.

Send Message & Request Review Buttons
Engage with customers and grow your reviews by utilizing these buttons. For more information about growing your online reviews, check out our article: Growing Your Online Reviews.

Business & Holiday Hours
If you need to update your business or holiday hours, click the clock icon and make the needed edits. Once you click publish, we'll sync them to your Google My Business page.

Notifications Bell
If you have any notifications you'll see them in this section. Click Clear All to clear the notifications.

User Profile
Edit your account or business profile, manage your team, locations, and billing all in one convenient spot.

Alerts

This is where you'll see any notifications about your account. Typically, alerts refer to brands/products that need to be enabled and accounts needing authorization.
Click the links within the alert to be taken to the right place.

My Workspace

This is where you can quickly access the most critical sections of your dashboard. You'll also see important information, links, and notifications regarding each dashboard section.

Analytics Report

This is where you can see how your business is appearing online. Click here to learn how to generate and read your analytics report.
