Adding Location Options to the NextPaw Webchat Widget

If your business has multiple locations, it’s important that questions coming through your NextPaw Webchat Widget are routed to the correct team. Once you add your locations, your customers will be prompted to choose the location they want to contact when they open the NextPaw Webchat Widget. Your customers will also be able to search for a location by name, street address, city, state, or postal code and manually select any of your locations.
