Managing Your Business Profile

Keeping your business information accurate across the internet can be tricky - that's why we've taken all of the guesswork out of it! NextPaw's Business Profile management puts the power back in your hands. 

With NextPaw, you can control the facts about your business that customers see across hundreds of websites and voice technologies to boost SEO, online and in-store traffic. The information you provide will sync directly to Store Locator Listings and your Google My Business. For users on the NextPaw pro plan, we'll also send those updates to Facebook and over 70+ listings across the internet!

Anytime you need to add or change information about your business, simply come back to your profile on desktop or the mobile app and update to sync up with your available listings.


Managing Your Business Profile

Your business profile can be managed or updated anytime from the desktop website or from the mobile app.

From Desktop:

  1. Click the Business drop-down menu, then click Profile. 
  2. Under the Business Information tab, add the primary information about your business in all available fields
    *Tip: Fill out all of the fields you can, including those not marked with a " * ". The more fields that you fill out, the better information that Google has about your business, in turn, you'll become more visible in search results. 
  3. Once you've added in all of your business's information, click Update.
    *Tip: When you update your business profile, NextPaw will send your information to 70+ directories across the web - ensuring your information is correct no matter where your customer found it.
  4. Click Location Details
  5. On the Location Details page, fill out your business description, categories, hours, and more. These important fields help customers and search engines learn more about your store location.
    *Tip: The options you select here will be displayed on directories across the web, including your Google My Business page!
  6. Once you've added the Location Details in all available fields, click Update.
  7. If you have more than one location, you'll need to repeat the process for all additional locations. Click your business name at the top of the page, then select the additional location.
  8. Complete steps 1-6 on the additional location's business profile.

From the Mobile App:

  1. Tap the Business Profile tab and make any updates needed to your business information. 
  2. Tap Location Details to manage the additional information about your store. When you're finished, click the checkmark in the top right corner of the page.
