Adding Locations & Companies

Whether you have five stores or 100, NextPaw helps you manage all of your locations & companies' information across the internet. If your business has multiple locations, it’s important that each location has its own unique dashboard to optimize online visibility and customer experience.


Adding a New Location 

  1. Click Locations in the side menu

  2. Click Add Another Location.
  3. If your location has a Google My Business page, click Connect Google and follow the on-screen prompts to connect the account. 
    *Note: If you do not have a Google My Business page, click Manually Add Location Here and fill out your location's information. 
  4. Once completed, you'll be directed to the dashboard where you can select a location to manage. To swap between locations, click your business name at the top of the dashboard. Then select the location you want to manage from the location menu. 
  5. Complete setting up the new location by filling out your business profile and selecting brands and products you sell to activate your store locator listings. 

Adding a New Business

  1. Click the Blue Profile Icon, then click Manage Locations.

  2. Click Add Another Company.
  3. If your company has a Google My Business page, search for your business name and follow the on-screen prompts to connect the account.
    *Note: If you do not have a Google My Business page, click Can't Find Your Business? and fill out your business's information.
  4. Once completed, you'll be directed to the new company's dashboard. Complete setting up the new company by filling out your business profile and selecting brands and products you sell to activate your store locator listings. 
  5. To swap between companies, click the blue profile icon at the top of the dashboard. Then select Switch Company
  6. Select the company you'd like to manage. 
  7. If you have multiple locations under the new business, follow the steps listed in the Add a New Location section of this article.

FAQ's

  • Is there a limit on the number of locations or companies?
    • Nope! If you have a multi-location business (or multiple companies), each location and company should have its own dashboard.
  • Can I add team members to specific locations or companies?
    • Yes! When creating a team member profile, you can select which location's or company's dashboards they can access. Learn more about this here.
