eTailpet - Installing Webchat
Overview:
To add the NextPaw Webchat Widget to an eTail store, you'll need to copy the NextPaw Webchat Widget code to a clipboard and paste in your website's header tags.

To Install the Webchat Widget on Your eTail Store:
- If you haven’t already, copy the Webchat Widge code to a clipboard.
*Note: Click here to find out how to find your Webchat Widget code - Sign into your eTail administrator account.
- Click Content.
- Click Custom Content.
- Under Custom HTML Code, click Change.
- In Trailing URL path, enter: /
- In Custom HTML code inside <head> tag, enter your Webchat Widget code.
- If you already have custom HTML in the Custom HTML inside <head> tag section, enter your Webchat Widget Code below the previous code.
- Click Save.
- Your webchat widget should now be live on your eTail store.
