Shopify - Installing Webchat

Overview:

To add the NextPaw Webchat Widget to a Shopify website, you'll need to copy the NextPaw Webchat Widget code to a clipboard and paste in your website's body tags.

To Install the Webchat Widget on Your Shopify Site:

1. If you haven't already, copy the Webchat Widget code to a clipboard.
   *Note: Click here to find out how to generate your Webchat Widget code
2. Sign in to your Shopify administration account.
3. Go to Online Store and select Themes.
4. Click Actions and select Edit code.
5. Click theme.
6. Click Expand
7. Paste the Webchat code above the </body> tag.
   *Note: the </body> tag should be at the bottom of the text box.
8. Click Save.
9. Your code should now be live on your Shopify site. Attention: If you need additional help, visit the Shopify help center or email support@nextpaw.com.
