Wordpress - Installing Webchat

Overview:

Download our Wordpress Plugin to easily add the NextPaw Webchat Widget to your website. This will immediately allow visitors to text message your business with questions, new order inquiries, appointment requests, and more!

Installation & Setup Steps:

1. Click here to download the NextPaw Wordpress Plugin
2. If you haven't already, copy the Webchat App ID to a clipboard. Click here to find out how to generate your Webchat Widget App ID.
   *Note: You'll need to copy the Webchat App ID, not the Webchat Code
3. Login to your Wordpress administration account.
4. Go to Plugins.
5. Click Add New.
6. Click Upload Plugin at the top left of the page.
7. Choose the NextPaw Webchat Plugin file you downloaded earlier.
8. Select Install Now.
9. Select Activate Plugin.
10. Go to Plugins & find NextPaw Webchat Widget; select Settings.
11. Paste your Webchat App ID from your dashboard in the App ID text field.
12. Click Save Changes.
13. Your webchat widget should now be live on your WordPress site. 

Attention: Clear your plug-in cache after installing webchat to avoid any errors.
