Setting Up Stripe in Your Dashboard:

  1. From your dashboard, click Settings, then click Integrations.
  2. Find Stripe, then click Connect Now.
  3. When the page reloads, sign into or create your Stripe account.
  4. Follow the prompts and instructions in Stripe site to complete the setup.
  5. Your Stripe account should now be connected to NextPaw! Now you can request payments via text for any combination of products, services or subscriptions.

FAQ

Where do I find information on my transactions and transfers?

When a customer pays for an order using Stripe, the money goes to your Stripe account. You can see the transaction ID in the order details by going  "Online Store → My sales → Orders." Click on the transaction link to view more details in your Stripe account.

Can I save the customer's card details and charge it later?

Yes, you can do it directly within Stripe. To enable this option, go to  "Online Store → Payment → Stripe" and click the toggle next to the “Save credit card details for later” option to be Enabled.

After that, when a customer places an order in your store with Stripe, they will be saved in your Stripe dashboard where you can charge them anytime later using the “+ Create Payment” link. You can even set up recurring subscriptions using this method.
