NextPaw Messenger

It's important to stay in touch with your customers. With the NextPaw messenger you can receive messages from a few different places:

  • From the contact form of your website.
  • SMS from customer's mobile phone.
  • Facebook Messages
  • Instagram Messages
  • Google My Business Messages
  • Store Locator Listings
  • eCommerce Websites and Product Pages

Once a message is opened and responded to, or opened without responding it will stay in “Open” until you click the archive conversation button in the top right corner above the conversation. If there are new conversations with a person who has had their conversation with your business archived, the new conversation will appear in your messages.
