Allow NextPaw Access to Your Facebook Reviews

First make sure that you are an admin or page owner for your Facebook business page and that your country and age restrictions are set to Visible to Everyone. 

Edit Country Restrictions

1. Go to company’s Facebook page in Facebook Business Manager.
2. On the white bar at the top of the page you will see “Settings.” Click on “Settings.”
3. Under “General” find “Country Restrictions.” Click “Edit.” 
4. Make sure no country is listed, if there is a country listed, click on the ‘X’ next to the country’s name. 
5. “Save Changes.”

Edit Age Restrictions

1. Go to your company’s Facebook page in Facebook Business Manager. 
2. On the white bar at the top of the page you will see “Settings.” Click on “Settings.”
3. Under “General” find “Age Restrictions.” Click “Edit.”
4. Select the age group “Anyone (13+)”
5. “Save Changes.”
