Enabling Reviews on Facebook

Learn to turn on the reviews tab on Facebook and allow people to leave you reviews.

Make sure that you are the owner or an admin of your Facebook page. 

1. Go to your company’s Facebook page in Facebook Business Manager
2. On the white bar at the top of the page you will see: “Settings.” Click “Settings.”
3. Click “Reviews.”
4. Choose “Allow visitors to review the Page.” Then click, “Save Changes.”

Enable the Reviews Tab to Appear on your Facebook Business Page

1. Go to your company’s Facebook page in Facebook Business Manager
2. On the white bar at the top of the page you will see: “Settings.” Click “Settings.”
3. In the column on the left side of the page click on “Edit Page.”
4. You will see “Templates” and “Tabs.” Under “Tabs” you will have the option to choose “Use Default Tabs.” Turn this option “On.” Now you can choose which tabs you want to show up on your Facebook Business Page. 
5. For your reviews, click “Add a Tab.” Then you will see reviews in the menu. Click “Add Tab,” then click “Close.”
6. Now in your Tabs menu you will see a button that says “Settings,” right next to “Reviews.” Click this, verify that it says: “Reviews Tab is Visible” and switched to “On.” 
7. Click “Save.”
