Each website powered by NextPaw includes a unique Pastel link that makes requesting website changes visual, easy, and efficient, with no technical skills needed.
Key Steps
Accessing Your Website Settings
- Log in to your NextPaw Dashboard using your store credentials.
- On the home screen, you will select the Open Website Editor.
Finalizing Your Website Edit Requests
- Once in Pastel, select Browse and go to the page or area you want updated or edited. Switch from browse to Comment and click anywhere on your website to leave a comment or request a change.
- Use the comment boxes to describe what you want updated. Be as specific as possible, and add any images or documents you want changed or added.
- When you’re done, click Post Comment and your request will be sent directly to our team.
