Connecting to your Mailer
Objective
Connect your Mailchimp or Constant Contact account to NextPaw to streamline your email marketing. This allows you to send targeted messages, build campaigns, and track engagement directly from your NextPaw dashboard.
Why Connect Mailchimp or Constant Contact?
Integrating one of these platforms allows you to put your customer data to work. Once connected, you can:
- Automatically sync contact information collected in NextPaw.
- Send newsletters, promotions, and announcements with ease.
- Run automated marketing campaigns based on customer behavior.
- Track who opens your emails, clicks links, and more
Pro tip: This is one of the easiest ways to drive traffic, boost engagement, and increase revenue!
Before You Begin
Make sure the following is completed:
- Create and set up your Mailchimp or Constant Contact account
- Verify access – You must have owner or administrator permissions.
- If no one at your company has access, you will need to create a new account or request admin access.
Connecting to Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Click the Store Settings tab, then click Add-ons.
- Find Mailchimp or Constant Contact and click Connect Now.
- You will be redirected to either Mailchimp or Constant Contact in a new tab to complete the connection.
Mailchimp Instructions
- Log in using your Mailchimp credentials, or sign in via Google if your account is linked.
- Authorize NextPaw by clicking Allow.
- A green confirmation banner will appear once the connection is successful.
Constant Contact Instructions
- Log in with your Constant Contact credentials, or sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook if connected.
- Click Allow to authorize the connection.
- You will see a green confirmation banner if the connection was successful.
