Allow NextPaw Access to Your Facebook Reviews

Objective

Learn how to allow NextPaw access to your Facebook reviews by ensuring the proper settings are configured for your Facebook Business Page.

Before You Begin

Make sure you are the  admin or page owner of your Facebook Business Page. Additionally, ensure that the country and age restrictions on your page are set to Visible to Everyone.

Edit Country Restrictions

1. Go to your company’s Facebook page in Facebook Business Manager.
2. Click Settings on the white bar at the top of the page.
3. Under General, find Country Restrictions and click Edit.
4. If a country is listed, click the ‘X’ next to the country’s name to remove it.
5. Click Save Changes.

Edit Age Restrictions

1. Go to your company’s Facebook page in Facebook Business Manager.
2. Click Settings on the white bar at the top of the page.
3. Under General, find Age Restrictions and click Edit.
4. Select Anyone (13+).
5. Click Save Changes.

By following these steps, you ensure that NextPaw can access and manage reviews on your Facebook Business Page.
