Enabling Reviews on Facebook

Objective

Learn how to enable the Reviews tab on your Facebook Business Page, allowing customers to leave reviews for your business.

Before You Begin

Ensure that you are the owner or an admin of your Facebook page.

Enable Reviews on Your Facebook Page

1. Go to your company’s Facebook page in Facebook Business Manager.
2. Click Settings on the white bar at the top of the page.
3. Click Reviews in the left-hand menu.
4. Select Allow visitors to review the Page and click Save Changes.

Enable the Reviews Tab

1. On your Facebook Business Page, click Settings on the top white bar.
2. In the left-hand column, click Edit Page.
3. Under Tabs, choose Use Default Tabs and turn it On.
4. To add the Reviews tab, click Add a Tab. Then select Reviews from the menu and click Add Tab.
5. Once added, click Settings next to the Reviews tab and verify it says “Reviews Tab is Visible” and set it to On.
6. Click Save.

Now, your customers can leave reviews directly on your Facebook Business Page!
