Connecting to Google Reviews

Objective

Connect your Google My Business page to NextPaw to manage reviews more efficiently, send review invitations, and respond directly from your dashboard.

Before You Begin

Ensure you have completed the following:

• Claim and verify your Google My Business page.
• Verify access – You must have owner or manager permissions.
  • If no one at your company has access, you will need to request ownership.

Connecting to Google

1. Click the Store Settings tab, then click Add-ons.

   

2. Find Google and click Connect Now.

   

3. Choose the Google account that has manager or primary owner status for your Google My Business page, then click Allow.

   

4. You should see a green notification bar confirming a successful connection.
