Why Customize the Review Invitation Template?

  • Helps employees send review requests quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensures consistency in messaging while maintaining a personal touch.
  • Allows the use of variables to insert customer and business details automatically.

Using Variables in Invitations

  • Variables store important details like your business name or customer name to personalize messages automatically.
  • Instead of manually typing your business name, you can use the organization variable, which auto-populates your company's name when the message is sent.

How to Edit the Review Invitation Template

  1. Click the Store Settings Tab and select Reviews Request at the bottom.

  2. Locate the DEFAULT REVIEW REQUEST MESSAGE template.

  3. Edit the message as needed.
    • Note: Keep messages under 160 characters to prevent delivery issues.
  4. Click Save Message to apply changes.
