Using Variables in Invitations

  • Variables store important details like your business name or customer name to personalize messages automatically.
  • Instead of manually typing your business name, you can use the organization variable, which auto-populates your company’s name when the message is sent.

How to Edit the Review Invitation Template

  1. Go to Review Request Settings
    Click the Store Settings tab and select Reviews Request at the bottom.

    Adjust the text to reflect your store’s tone and style.
    • Note: Keep messages under 160 characters to avoid SMS delivery issues.
  4. Click Save Message to apply your changes.
