Turning on/Off Webchat

Objective

This guide explains how to turn off the NextPaw Webchat Widget when you need to pause incoming messages, such as during team training or maintenance.

Steps to Turn Off Webchat

1. Go to Store Settings: Click the Infortab.
2. Select Website: Choose Website from the options.
3. Locate the Webchat Widget Section: Scroll down to the NextPaw Webchat Widget section.
4. Disable the Webchat Widget: Click the toggle in the top right of the section.
5. Confirm Widget is Disabled: When the toggle turns grey, the webchat widget is successfully turned off and will no longer accept incoming messages.

This method helps you pause the Webchat functionality when you don’t want to engage with new messages temporarily.
