Adding Location Options to the NextPaw Webchat Widget

Objective

This guide explains how to turn off the NextPaw Webchat Widget when you need to pause incoming messages, such as during team training or maintenance.

Steps to Turn Off Webchat

1. Go to Store Settings: Click the Infor Hub tab.

   

2. Locate the Webchat Widget Section: Scroll down to the NextPaw Webchat Widget section.
3. Disable or Enable the Webchat Widget: Select the toggle next to the NextPaw Webchat Widget to on (Blue) or

   
   off (Gray)

4. Select Save: To complete this change, select Save at the bottom of the panel.
5. Confirm Widget is Disabled: When the toggle turns grey, the webchat widget is successfully turned off and will no longer accept incoming messages.
