Objective:

Stay connected with your customers by efficiently managing messages from multiple sources using the NextPaw Messenger.


1. Where Messages Come From

With NextPaw, you can receive and manage messages from various platforms, including:

  • Website Contact Form – Messages submitted via your website's contact form.
  • SMS (Text Messages) – Direct messages from customers' mobile phones.
  • Facebook Messenger – Messages sent through your business's Facebook page.
  • Instagram Messages – Direct messages from customers on Instagram.
  • Google Business Messages – Inquiries from your Google My Business listing.
  • Store Locator Listings – Messages from shoppers browsing store locator platforms.
  • eCommerce Websites & Product Pages – Messages from customers viewing your online store.

2. Managing Messages

  • Once a message is opened and responded to or opened without responding, it remains in the "Open" status.
  • To close a conversation, click the Archive Conversation button in the top right corner of the conversation window.
  • If a customer sends a new message with an archived conversation, a new conversation thread will appear in your inbox.

3. Sending SMS Updates to Customers

If a customer requests an update, you can send an SMS directly through NextPaw.
