Keeping your business hours accurate and up to date ensures customers always know when you're open. This guide shows you how to manage your regular and holiday hours in the NextPaw dashboard so they appear correctly across all online platforms where shoppers are searching for your store.

Why It Matters

Having accurate business hours is crucial to providing a seamless customer experience. If a customer shows up during non-business hours, it could lead to frustration and missed opportunities. With NextPaw, you can easily manage and update your regular and holiday hours to ensure your customers always know when you're available.


1. Set or Update Your Business Hours

  • Go to the Listings Tab:
    • From your NextPaw dashboard, click the Store Settings tab, then select Business Information. Store Settings Business Information Navigation
  • Edit Location Details:
    • Click Edit Location Details and use the toggle to indicate whether you are open or closed.
    • Adjust your regular business hours by clicking on the time. Edit Location Details Screen
  • Update Your Hours:
    • After making changes, click Update to save your regular business hours. Update Button

2. Add Holiday or Special Hours

  • Click +Add for Special Hours:
    • If you have any holiday or special hours, click +Add. Add Special Hours Button
    • Choose the date and toggle the status to reflect whether you're open or closed.
    • If you're open with adjusted hours, select the new hours. Special Hours Configuration
  • Save Changes:
    • Once done, click Update to ensure your new hours are synced across all platforms. Update Button
