The NextPaw Dashboard Settings allow you to customize key aspects of your business operations, including review generation, business hours, account connections, and automated messaging. Keeping these settings up to date ensures a seamless experience for both your team and your customers.

1. General Settings

• Review Goal:
  • Setting a review goal helps track your business’s online reputation.
  • A good starting point is 10-20 new reviews per month.
  • More positive reviews increase your business’s credibility and improve SEO.
• Review Generation Platform:
  • Select your primary review platform (Google, Facebook, etc.).
  • Reviews play a crucial role in influencing new customers’ decisions.
• Review Request Image & Message:
  • Customize your review request image.
  • While you can modify the default review request message, it’s optimized for high conversion rates—we recommend keeping it as is.

2. Hours Settings

• Update your store’s regular business hours.
• Set special or holiday hours to prevent customer confusion.
• Keeping your hours accurate ensures customers know when you’re open and avoids frustration from unexpected closures.

3. Account Settings

• Reauthorize Facebook & Google My Business:
  • If you experience issues syncing your business information, you can reconnect your accounts here.
• Connect to MailChimp or Constant Contact:
  • Automatically add new subscribers from your website to your email marketing list.
  • Helps streamline customer engagement and retention efforts.

4. Auto-Responder Settings
