Dashboard Sections Overview

1. Main Navigation

This section provides easy access to key areas of your NextPaw dashboard:

  • Business Location & Address
    • If you manage multiple locations, click on the business name to switch between them. Business Location Selector
  • Send Message & Request Review Buttons
    • Use these tools to engage customers and grow your online reviews.

  • Business & Holiday Hours
    • Click the clock icon to update business or holiday hours.
    • Changes are automatically synced to your Google My Business profile. Business Hours Settings
  • User Profile

  • Alerts notify you about any account issues or necessary actions.
  • Common alerts include:
    • Brand/Product activations that need to be enabled.
    • Authorization requirements for accounts like Google My Business or Facebook.
  • Click on an alert's link to go directly to the relevant settings page.
