Keeping your business information up-to-date across various online platforms can be challenging. With NextPaw's Business Profile management, you have the power to control the accuracy of your business information across hundreds of websites and voice technologies.
Accurate business details enhance your SEO (Search Engine Optimization), making it easier for customers to find your store online. By keeping your profile current, your information will sync directly with store locator listings, Google My Business, Facebook, and over 70+ directories on the web (for NextPaw Pro users). This helps boost your visibility in search results, which translates to more foot traffic to your store.
Managing Your Business Profile
Your business profile can be managed or updated at any time via the NextPaw desktop website or mobile app.
From Desktop:
- From the NextPaw dashboard, select the Store Settings drop-down menu, then select Business Information.
- Under the Business Information tab, fill in the fields with primary information about your business.
- Tip: Complete all available fields, even those that are not marked with an asterisk (*). The more information you provide, the better Google can index your business, improving its visibility in search results.
- Once you've added all relevant information, click Update.
- Next, click Edit Location Details.
- On the Location Details page, fill out the following fields:
- Business description
- Categories
- Hours of operation
- Split hours
- Holiday & Special Hours
- Additional Hours Text
- Note: that this text will be displayed on your Google My Business profile
- About Business
- Note: this is an excellent place to introduce your business
- And more
- Note: These fields help customers and search engines better understand your store.
- Tip: The details you provide will be reflected on directories across the web, including your Google My Business page.
- After completing the Location Details, click Update.
- If your business has multiple locations, repeat these steps for each one. Click the business name at the top of the page, select the additional location, and follow the same steps.
From the Mobile App:
- Tap the Business Profile tab and make any updates needed to your business information.
- Tap Location Details to manage additional information about your store.
- When finished, tap the checkmark in the top-right corner to save your changes
