Method 1: Enable Brands Automatically

  1. Export a .csv file of your product UPCs from your point of sale. Please add your product's UPC, Title, Price, and Inventory to the Nextpaw Product Template.
  2. In your NextPaw dashboard, click Import on the Products page and upload the file.
  3. Please add your product's UPC, Title, Price, and Inventory to the Nextpaw Product Template at the top of the new window.
Note: UPC, Title, and Price are the only mandatory items for this upload. Import CSV button location in products interface
  4. Download the new CSV file you have created from the Template.
  5. Upload the new CSV to Nextpaw.
  6. Please map the CSV file UPC to UPC, Product Name to Title, Regular Price to Price. These 3 are mandatory; if you have the inventory added, please map Inventory to Inventory.

  • Updates to product listings will reflect automatically within the NextPaw network.

Bulk Actions

  • If you offer a wide selection, using the CSV import is the fastest way to enable products.
  • The manual toggle method is ideal for smaller updates or adjusting a few select products.

Finalizing Your Product Listings

  • Navigate to your store locator listing.
  • Confirm that the correct products are visible.
  • Make any necessary adjustments through the Products page.

Cautionary Notes

  • Accurate Inputs: Double-check product toggles and UPCs to prevent listing errors.
  • Brand Verification: If a brand is missing from your product page, confirm that it has been enabled in your dashboard settings.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Regularly update your UPC list to maintain an accurate product catalog.
  • Use bulk actions when handling large inventories to save time.
  • Communicate issues with the NextPaw support team if products are not displaying correctly.
