Connect Facebook and Instagram to Your Inbox

Be available to answer questions, book appointments, and win sales anywhere your customers are by connecting Facebook and Instagram to your NextPaw Inbox. When you activate Facebook and Instagram, NextPaw will be able to power messaging, review generation, analytics, and boost SEO for your business!

Note: Facebook and Instagram pages can only be connected to one NextPaw account. If you have multiple locations that share one Facebook page, you'll want to select a primary location to connect the Facebook page to. NextPaw does not receive access to any private information. Any connected accounts are 100% private, secure, and only used for your business.

Connect Instagram to Facebook

First, you need to ensure your business Facebook and Instagram accounts are connected. If your accounts are already connected, skip these steps and move on to Connecting Instagram & Facebook to NextPaw

1. Open your business Facebook page and click Settings.
2. In the left-hand menu choose Instagram, then click Connect Account.
3. Ensure the Toggle is on to allow access to Instagram messages in your Inbox, then click continue.
4. Sign in to your business Instagram account, then click Log In.
5. When the page reloads, your Facebook and Instagram accounts should be connected.

Connect Instagram & Facebook to NextPaw

1. Sign in to your NextPaw dashboard and click Settings, then click Integrations.
2. Click Authorize Facebook and Instagram.
   
3. Sign in to your business Facebook account, or click Continue if you've previously signed in.
4. Select your Instagram Business account, then click Next.
5. Select your Facebook Business account, then click Next.
6. Allow all options on the access manager pop-up, then click Done.
   Note: NextPaw may not work properly if you turn off any of the options selected. All options are auto-enabled by default. NextPaw does not receive access to any private information. Any connected accounts are 100% private, secure, and only used for your business.
7. Then, click OK.
8. When the page reloads, select your Facebook and Instagram accounts from the drop-down menu.
9. Click Save.
10. Your Facebook and Instagram accounts are now active in your messenger! You will now get messages, story mentions, and more from Facebook and Instagram directly in your NextPaw inbox.
