Automatically Enable Brands & Products with CSV Import

Convince shoppers that your store is the best choice for their pets by showing them what you have to offer! Enable products from the brands you sell to allow shoppers to browse your catalog directly from your store locator listings.

Import a .csv of product UPC's to your dashboard and we'll automatically enable your catalog across the NextPaw store locator network. If the brand or product isn't on NextPaw yet, we'll store it and automatically enable it if available in the future.

Export Product UPC's into a .csv File

To automatically enable your brands & products in NextPaw, you'll first need to gather a list of the product UPC's you carry in a .csv file. To do this, you can either: 

  1. Export a product UPC list directly from your point of sale
    * Tip: Be sure to export this list in a .csv file! 
  2. Download this sample .csv file and add your UPC's

Once you have your product .csv file, you're ready to upload!

Import Product UPC's into NextPaw

  1. From the Products page, click Import CSV.
  2. Select the Click here to Upload button.
  3. Select your product .csv file, then click Open.
  4. From the drop-down menu, select the columns that represent the header of your file. Then click Import
     
  5. UPCs that match products and brands in the NextPaw store locator network will automatically be enabled. Any UPC's that don't match will be stored and automatically enabled if it's available in the future.

    Click Continue to view your enabled products.
  6. Finally, click Save Products. Your browsable product catalog is now active across your store locator listings in the NextPaw network.
