Using Message Templates

Text message templates help to save time and boost productivity by allowing you to quickly respond to frequently asked questions, create a more personalized customer experience, and ensure that your team has a unified voice when talking with customers.

Message Template Types

Default Templates

To get you started, we've automatically included a few default message templates in your template center. The default templates cover many of the basic Frequently Asked Questions including:

  • Hours of Operation
  • Product samples & recommendations
  • Information requests
  • Review Requests

You can check out the default templates by clicking the Templates button within any message, or in the Templates section of the dashboard settings.

Custom Templates

We know everyone's business needs are different, so we highly recommend adding your own custom message templates that are personalized to your business. What messages do you find your team consistently repeating over the phone, text, etc? Do you confirm appointments? Do you send thank you messages? Is there certain information you need to ask everyone for?

A few common opportunities for custom templates include:

  • Frequently Asked Questions
  • Scheduling Confirmation
  • Upcoming Event Details
  • Booking Reminders
  • Special Orders

You can manage your custom templates by clicking the  Templates button within any message, or in the Templates section of the dashboard settings.
