NextPaw is a set of essential messaging tools that enables businesses to connect with website visitors, message customers, and collect payments—free for qualifying businesses.

During the onboarding process you were walked through these steps:

• Creating a NextPaw account and choosing a password.
• Selecting the locations you want to add to NextPaw.
• Connecting to Google and Facebook.

After you’ve finished creating an account, there are a few more pieces of setup you’ll want to complete to get up and running.

• Installing Webchat
• Setting Up a Bank Account
• Adding New Users to NextPaw
