Setting Up Business Hours

Customers want to know that they’ll be taken care of no matter when they contact you. And you want your customers to know that you appreciate their business, even when you’re closed. Set your business hours (and any special hours), and you can use the after-hours responder to let people know when you’re unavailable and can get back to them.


Adding Regular Business Hours

  1. Click the settings tab; then click hours.
  2. Hover over the Business Hours tab until you see a grey pencil icon appear in the top right corner; click the pencil icon
  3. Select Open or Closed for each day
  4. Add your opening & closing times for each day
  5. If you have notes to add about your business hours, you can add those in the Additional Hours Text option.
  6. If you have multiple locations, select the location(s) that the hours apply to.
  7. Click Update

Adding Holiday & Special Hours

If your business will be closed for a holiday or you have an irregular schedule on a specific day, you can set up special business hours.

To set up special hours:

  1. Click the settings tab; then click hours.
  2. Hover over the Holiday and Special Hours tab until you see a grey pencil icon appear in the top right corner; click the pencil icon.
  3. Choose the date(s) that you will have holiday or special hours.
  4. Add your opening & closing times for the day. If you're going to be closed, click the toggle from Open to Closed.
  5. If you have multiple locations, select the location(s) that the hours apply to
  6. Click Update
