Archiving A User

If you want to disable a user on your dashboard, you can archive their account. Once you’ve archived their account, their access will be revoked. If needed, you can easily add them back to your system by unarchiving them. 

*Note: Only Account Owners can archive/unarchive user accounts.


To archive a user:

  1. Under your “Account Button” in the top right corner of your dashboard select “Manage Team.”

  2. Use the search bar to find the team member you want to archive 
  3. To the right of the user's information, click the red circle icon 
  4. Confirm that you want to disable the user by clicking Yes on the disable user pop-up
  5.  The user has now been archived

To unarchive a previously archived user:

  1. Click the “Account Button” in the top right corner of your dashboard select “Manage Team.”
  2. Use the search bar to find the team member you want to unarchive
  3. To the right of the user's information, click the blue arrow icon
  4. The user should now be active in your dashboard. 
    *Note:
    your user will use the login information they previously had before archiving the account.
