Turning Off Webchat

You can turn off your webchat widget when necessary - for example, if you’re training your team or don’t want to receive new inbound messages.

To turn off webchat:

1. Click the settings tab and then click website. Scroll down to the NextPaw Webchat Widget section.
   
2. Click the toggle in the top right of the NextPaw Webchat Widget section.
   
3. When the toggle is grey, the webchat widget is disabled.
