Sending a Payment Reminder
If your customer has forgotten to pay, you can send a reminder text. It might be the friendly nudge your customer needs to complete their payment.
To send a payment reminder:
- Go to your Dashboard and select Sales > Orders.
- Find the customer you’d like to send a reminder to.
- Under Action, click on the 3 dots and select Send Reminder.
This automatically sends the customer a text with a link to pay. As soon as they pay, the payment status will be updated to Paid.
