Connecting to Google Reviews

If you have a Google My Business page, you can connect it to NextPaw to more efficiently manage your reviews. You’ll be able to include Google in your review invitations and respond to reviews directly in the NextPaw dashboard. You’ll also be able to track trends and see how reviews are impacting your business in dashboards. 

Before you can connect to Google, make sure you’ve completed these tasks. 

• Claim and verify your Google My Business page. 
• Verify that you have either owner or manager access to the Google My Business page. (If no one at your company has access to your Google My Business page, you’ll need to request ownership.)

Connecting to Google

1. Click the settings tab; then click integrations
   
2. Click Authorize Google
   
3. Choose your Google account; then click Allow
   *Note: Select a google account that has manager or primary owner status of your Google My Business page
   
4. Search for your business in the drop-down menu; select your business
5. Click Save
   
6. You should see a green notification bar confirming that your Google account was connected successfully
