Resetting Your Password

If you’re having trouble signing in to your account or have forgotten your password, you can reset it at any time

To Reset Your Password:

1. Go to app.nextpaw.com.
2. Click Forgot password?
   
3. Enter your email address; then click Proceed
   
4. An email with instructions to reset your password will be sent to you. In the email, click Reset Password
5. Enter your email address & your new password
   
6. Click Reset Password
7. You may now attempt to sign in again
