Whether you're updating hours, adding new content, or refreshing images, this tool makes it simple to communicate edits directly on your site. Using Pastel helps streamline communication and ensures your updates are made quickly and accurately.

Note: Each website powered by NextPaw includes a unique Pastel link that makes requesting website changes visual, easy, and efficient, with no technical skills needed.


Key Steps

Accessing Your Website Settings

  1. Log in to your NextPaw Dashboard using your store credentials.
  2. On the home screen, select Open Website Editor.

Finalizing Your Website Edit Requests

  1. Once in Pastel, select Browse and go to the page or area you want updated or edited. Switch from browse to Comment and click anywhere on your website to leave a comment or request a change.

  2. Use the comment boxes to describe what you want updated. Be as specific as possible, and add any images or documents you want changed or added.

  3. When you’re done, click Post Comment, and your request will be sent directly to our team.
